Galatasaray University Alumni Association works towards the establishment in 2000 of 22 June 2001 on the GSE alumni e-mail sent to the group began with an announcement. Announcement of the other alumni groups are transmitted after the 9 September 2001 Sunday Star Park held at the first meeting of the association's main objectives among graduates unity and strengthening, alumni, college and university students to improve relations with the university Introduce be determined. Approximately 1-year foundation studies for official initiatives, as well as the members and the number of employees in order to increase on 26 May 2002 at the GSU Alumni Day and 21 September 2002 in the GSU Alumni Association Founded Night events were held. The first Annual General Meeting held on 12 January 2003 in the management of the association for the next two years, will assume control of the establishment and execution were identified organizations and associations was thus completed.
